How do I wash my towel or bathrobe?
Before your first use, soak your towel or bathrobe in clean water for 2 hours. After that, you can wash it normally in a washing machine. Every order includes a detailed care guide inside the box to help keep your towel soft, fluffy, and long-lasting.
Does my order come with a box?
Yes! Every Hiatti. signature towel comes beautifully packed in our signature gift box for both Thailand and international orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Australia, the USA, and the UK. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
We also offer a special shipping rate for Singapore.

How much is shipping?
Thailand: Free shipping nationwide (a ฿30 shipping fee applies to orders delivered to Koh Samui).
Singapore: We offer a special shipping rate.
Other countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
